About Bart
Bart Bielecki is an engineer, environmental enthusiast, designer, and property manager with over 20 years of experience in construction, renovation, and ecological projects in Europe. He supports international clients and new residents of the Los Vélez region in Andalusia, managing projects from concept to completion. His professional advice includes documentation assistance, supervision of renovations or construction of modern homes, and ecological water and garden systems. Bart, a native of Warsaw, chose Vélez Rubio as his home and has lived there for 8 years with his wife and two sons.
